Guest House - Booking and payment

‍1. Reservation

To book a room at KOKUA Surfskate House, you must provide your personal details and a valid credit card. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.

2. Payment

‍Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted methods. Full payment is required upon check-in unless arranged otherwise.

Guest House - Cancellation Policy

‍1. Cancellation

‍Guests may cancel their booking up to 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. A cancellation fee equivalent of 10% of the total booking value will incur. Guests should notify KOKUA Surfskate House via E-Mail about the cancellation.No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 21 days before the date of arrival.

2. No-show

In the event of a no-show, the total amount for the reservation will be charged.
If a guest decides to leave before the end of their booked stay, no refunds will be granted.

Check-in and Check-out

1. Check-in time is by 2pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
2. Check-out time is by 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.

Guest House - Refunds

1. Refund policy

‍Refunds are processed under specific conditions, such as overcharging or booking errors. To be eligible for a refund you must provide a receipt or proof of payment.

2. Processing

‍Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days.

Guest House - Room conditions and responsibility

1. Conditions

‍Guests are expected to leave the room in the same condition as found. Charges may apply for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

2. Responsibility

‍Guests are responsible for their belongings. KOKUA Surfskate House is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged items or injury to any member of your party or your vehicles. The fee for losing the room key is LKR 10.000.

Parking

‍KOKUA Surfskate House does not provide on-site parking. You can park your vehicle outside the property.

Pets

‍Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking

‍All indoor public areas and guest house rooms are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in those areas will be charged LKR 25.000 to their credit card.
